Anna C. Kepfer Henry was the fourth child of Frank Kepfer and Elizabeth Lambert Kepfer. She was born in Reddington, PA.

Anna married Samuel T. Henry Jr. and they had the following children: Samuel J. Henry; Martha C. Henry; Franklin Henry; Grace Thompson (Henry) and Ruth Bodder (Henry).
