Anton Jensen Varsla (son of Jens Pedersen Varsla and Elen Helene Kristoffersd. Neseie) was born 1 June 1906 in Sigdal, and died 24 August 1964 in Åmot.

He married Kristine f. Ness on 1 May 1940 in Nes.

Anton was a shoemaker in Åmot, and a real joker.

There were many that went through his shoe repair shop,

not to repair shoes, but to learn new and fun stories.

They had no children.
