

Archibald Hamilton of Lethame is very likely the ancestor of the Hamiltons of Lethame. He is certainly known to have had a brother named Matthew Hamilton, and is thought likely to be the father of Andrew Hamilton of Lethame, who succeeded him at Lethame.
