Beatrice of Savoy (d.1292) was the daughter of Amadeus IV the Count of Savoy and his second wife, Cecilia of Baux. She married Juan Manuel, Lord of Villena the son of the Castilian King Fernando III. Her most notable child was Juan Manuel, Duke of Penafiel, that title being one he inherited from Beatrice.

She died in 1292, leaving her son an orphan under the guardianship of her brother-in-law Sancho IV.
