Haag, Mrs. Bernice H.,

Passed away Thursday, February 18, 1993. Age 85 years. Bernice Schaeding was born Nov. 22, 1907 in Saginaw. She married Paul T. Haag June 4, 1936. He predeceased her in 1978. Bernice was a member of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed gardening, as well as playing bridge with her family and friends and was also an avid bowler. Surviving are one daughter and two sons, Nancy Haag of Aurora, Colorado; Paul Haag and his wife Beatrice of Saginaw; David Haag of Bridgeport; six grandchildren, Shawn and her husband Max Williamson, Andrea and her husband Jim Jezak; DruAnn and her husband Dan MacPherson; Chris Haag, Debra and Kacey Haag; three great-grandchildren, Joseph, Cory, and Ian. Funeral service will take place 9:30 a.m. Monday February 22, 1993 at the Reitz-Herzberg Funeral Home on Midland Rd. (M47) between Gratiot and State. Fr. Dale Orlik will officiate with interment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends are welcome to call on the family at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial envelopes are available at the funeral home for the Alzheimer's Association.
