BASKETT, BEULAH MAE EPPERSON - age 86 of Sweetwater passed away at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 1999 at Sweetwater Valley Convalescent Home, after a lengthy illness. She was a member of the Sweetwater Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hargis Baskett; parents, Charles and Etta Epperson; brothers, Howard, Charles, and Elmer Epperson. Survivors include:

sisters, Mabel E. Richesin, Thelma E. Thomas, both of Sweetwater; brother, Willard E. Epperson of Chattanooga; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. The body is at Kyker Funeral Home, Sweetwater, where the family will receive friends 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday with funeral services to follow at 8:00 p.m. in Kyker's Chapel, with Rev. Joe Caldwell officiating. Interment 10:00 a.m. Saturday in the West View Cemetery. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Kyker Funeral Home in charge.
