Kennebec Co. Maine online records has Burley Palmer and Eveline Richardson both of Belgrade: Marraige intention 16 March 1849; certificate 3 April 1849; married 5 April 1849 by Richard Mills, JP

Burley f appears one the 1850 census.  It has him born in Maine, c.1829 and living in Belgrade, Maine.  The 1860 census has him married to Eveline and the father of two.  The 1870 still has him in Belgrade and the father of five. By 1880 he is still in Belgrade with his wife and five children.  It lists him as a watch repairer born c.1830 in Maine as was his mother, while his father was born in New Hampshire.  I could not find him on the 1900 census.
