Chanoch tovia (Herbert) Glaser was born in Klagenfurt in 1917 to Dov Zecharia and Frieda. He was a teacher and single. Prior to WWII he lived in Czechoslovakia. During the war he was in Prague, Czechoslovakia. Chanoch perished in 1942 in the Shoah at the age of 25.
