About Charles Henry Porter Kipping
Henry Kipping was a British railway engineer, who helped build the Manila-Dagupan Railway system in 1890. He is a footnote to Philippine history for marrying Leonor Rivera, the childhood sweetheart of national hero Jose Rizal.
