Mr Charles Smith, 38, was born in London.
When he signed-on to the Titanic, on 6 April 1912, he gave his address as 35 Grove Street, (Southampton). His last ship had been the Philadelphia. As a kitchen porter he received monthly wages of £3 10s.
Smith died in the sinking. His body, if recovered, was never identified.
