Note de SA White Note SA White

Gaudet has written the name of Jean Landry, husband of Claire LeBlanc, among children of Claude Landry and Catherine Thibodeau. Par la suite, il l'a rayé. Subsequently, he was scratched. Given that all children residing in the male Landry in the census of 1701 seem to have been clearly identified, either from documents or rational deductions, except one boy residing at Germain Landry and would also born after the census of 1698, we are led to believe that Gaudet was right before changing his mind. Note that the sponsor of the eldest daughter of Jean Landry and Claire LeBlanc was Claude Landry, who could be the paternal grandfather of the child.
