About Conyers Peach, II

Arrived on the Cressy

Conyers Peach was born in 1830, with twin brother Dixon, the elder sons of Conyers and Susanna Peach of Stoke Dry, Rutland, England.

He married Ann Pickering Islip (1839-1895), and they had four children. Frances Anne was born in 1864, Conyers in 1866 (married Ann Boulker?), Mary Constance in 1868, and Dixon in 1872. Dixon evidently died young.

Mary Constance married John Newbegin, a widower farmer of Wainui, in 1899, and they had five children. Today the Newbegin line continues also in the Adams, Frazer and Berry families in New Zealand and Australia.
