YANCEY MILLS-Mrs. Delma R. Fisher,44 of Yancey Mills, a native of Augusta County and formerly of Waynesboro,was fatally injured when she was struck by a car on U.S. 250 near here Friday night.

Mrs. Fisher was a member of Glen Kirk Presbyterian Church in Waynesboro and was born June ,19,1923, a daughter of Lionel C. and the late Cleo Shifflett.

Surviving are two daughters of Waynesboro,and three sons,four brothers Calvin,Thomas and Alfred of Waynesboro and Lester Fisher of Danville,three sisters, Mrs Elnora Fisher and Mrs Thelma Shackleford of Waynesboro and Mrs Christine Jackson of Rt 1, Waynesboro,two grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm today at the Etter Funeral home in Waynesboro by the Rev Scott C Hutton Sr and the Rev Ruffer Lowman.Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery.
