About Norberto Calao Catigbac
Norberto Kalaw Katigbak was the gobernadorcillo of Lipa, Batangas in 1862. He married Justa Luz Solis. The land of Don Norberto Katigbak in Batangas spans “fifteen barrios”. From his two marriages, he had 15 children. Each one got 145 hectares of land as their inheritance.
During Lipa's elevation as as Villa in 1887, Don Norberto Catigbac received the the Grand Cross of Reina Isabel la Catolica.
