Dr Oscar Behrman was born in 1883 and graduated from the Ohio Medical College in 1904.

He was the founder of the first emergency hospital in greater Cincinnati, and died in 1951*.

He served in WW1 as a lieutenant in the Medical Corps, being discharged in 1918.

He married Marie Evelyn Walker. They had the following children:

1. Earl Withrow Behrman (1909-1979) 2. Dean Arthus Berhman (1912-1984)
