Marriages
Warwick first married Elizabeth de Berkeley[1], daughter of Thomas de Berkeley, 5th Lord Berkeley and the Baroness Margaret de Lisle, by whom he had 3 daughters:
Margaret Beauchamp (d. 1468), who married John Talbot, 1st Earl of Shrewsbury, and whose great-grandson John Dudley was created Earl of Warwick and subsequently Duke of Northumberland;
Eleanor Beauchamp, who married Thomas de Ros, 9th Baron de Ros and then married Edmund Beaufort, 2nd Duke of Somerset;
Elizabeth Beauchamp, who married George Nevill, 1st Baron Latymer.

First marriage
Sometime before 1430, Eleanor was married to Thomas de Ros, 9th Baron de Ros.[2][1] They were parents of the following surviving issue:
* Thomas de Ros, 10th Baron de Ros (September 9, 1427 - May 17, 1464). * Richard de Ros (March 8, 1429 - after 1492). * Margaret de Ros (1432 - December 10, 1488). Married first William Botreaux, 3rd Baron Bocastle, secondly Thomas Borough, 1st Baron Borough of Gainsborough.
Second Marriage
Eleanor married Edmund Beaufort, 1st Duke of Somerset sometime between 1431 and 1435 in an unlicensed marriage, although this was pardoned on 7 March 1438.[1] He was the son of John Beaufort, 1st Earl of Somerset and Lady Margaret Holland. They had the following surviving issue:
Their unlicensed marriage was later pardoned on 7 March 1438, and they had the following children:
* Eleanor – married first James Butler, 5th Earl of Ormonde and second Sir Robert Spencer. * Elizabeth (d. before 1472) – married Sir Henry Fitz Lewis. * Henry Beaufort, 2nd Duke of Somerset (1436–1464) * Margaret Beaufort, Countess of Stafford (bef. 1439–1474) – married first Humphrey, Earl of Stafford and second Sir Richard Darell. * Edmund Beaufort, styled 3rd Duke of Somerset (c. 1439– 4 May 1471) * Anne Beaufort (c. 1453 – c. 1496) – married William Paston, Esq. * John Beaufort, styled Marquess of Dorset (c. 1455– 4 May 1471) * Joan Beaufort (d. 11 August 1518) – married first Sir Robert St. Lawrence and second Sir Richard Fry. * Thomas Beaufort (c. 1455–c. 1463)
Third Marriage
She married thirdly to Walter Rokesley. There was no known issue from this marriage.
Death
