Elias Sargent, son of Trueworthy Sargent and Hopestill Weed, was b. in Goffstown NH about 1760; m. Oct 31,1785, Sarah Sumbry. Res. on the easterly side of the Uncanoonuc Mountains (an Indian word for 'women's breasts'...located entirely within Goffstown NH). Their children were all b. in Goffstown NH.
