Elizabeth Hamilton was the daughter of Patrick Hamilton of Udston.[1]

She married, firstly, John Hamilton of Neilsland, son of James Hamilton of Raploch and Isabel of Blackwood.[1]

She married, secondly, John Hamilton of Broomhill, son of James Hamilton, 1st Lord Hamilton and Janet Calderwood.[1]
