Indenture - 1699 WT No. 1 pg. 12; Elizabeth McComas: - - Daniel McComas, late of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, deceased, and Elizabeth MaComus, the wfe and flower of Daniel MaComus had sons John, William, Alexander and Daniel. Elizabeth stated that it was the wish of Daniel that his children be free and that if possible Elizabeth should keep the lands and care for the children until they reached ager seventeen years. She had no wish to go against him, but she could not support the children. It was Daniel's wish that if the children had to be bound outh they should be free by the age seventeen years.
