About Elizabeth Neale (Calvert)

From Melissa Thompson Alexander's webpage on Elizabeth Calvert Neale:

http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=madagtenet&id=I23018

"Is this Elizabeth Miles who later married Thomas Mattingly, and died bef 12 APR 1773. Elizabeth Miles Mattingly's heirs include Elinor and Raphael Neale, Mrs. Elizabeth Neale, Sr. and Geo. Slye."

Elizabeth marries James Neale (born about 1650 in Spain) on 1 January 1681 in Charles County, Maryland. They have one child, Mary, about 1682, and according to LNMallett@aol.com, dies two years later

Ben notes: I'm willing to wager that this couple is Catholic. (Maryland was a Catholic refuge among the English colonies, and James Neale was born in Spain.) -------------------- Elizabeth, b. 1644; d. 1684; m. Dec. 20, 1681, Captain James Neale, Lord of Woolaston Manor.
