About Emma Pamilia Bloxam

Biographical Summary:

Emma Pamelia Bloxham, christened 22 May 1836, at Apperley, Deerhurst parish. Emma stayed for a time in the home of her married sister, Lucy Whitney, where she met Joseph Marcellus Simmons. The Whitneys and Simmonses were involved as players in the Salt Lake Theater. Emma married Simmons 26 July 1855 but they were afterwards divorced. Nothing further is known about Emma except that she supposedly married a Mr. Quigley and moved to Carson Valley, Nevada.
