Also there was a question of "Emma". One listing has Emma Mather that died on 8/11/1850. The other "Emma" is listed as being born 8/10/1880. It is my guess that the first "Emma" was James P. 's sister or mother, while the other "Emma" was either his daughter or someone incorrectly wrote Emma Mather Marthers' birthdate incorrectly.
