Marriage vows were exchanged by Joyce Elizabeth Webber and Eric Stephen Forsmann, both of Grangeville, March 23, 1991 at the Craigmont United Church. The Rev. Steve Bly of the Winchester (Idaho) Community Church officiated. She is the daughter of Walter and Edna Webber of Winchester. She graduated in 1984 from Highland High School at Craigmont and in 1988 from the University of Idaho at Moscow. She is employed as a nanny at Seattle. He is the son of Gary and Marilyn Forsmann of Grangeville and is employed by Idapine Mills at Grangeville. He graduated in 1988 from Lewis-Clark State College at Lewiston.
