Erin Lee Pitt, the daughter of Ina and Murray C. Pitt of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., was married last evening to Gregory David Richards, a son of Carol J. Richards and Dr. Terry D. Richards, both of New York. Rabbi M. Robert Syme performed the ceremony at the Ritz Carlton in Dearborn, Mich.

Mrs. Richards, 27, graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder and received a master's degree in social work from New York University. Her father is a founder and the former chairman of Murray's Discount Auto Stores in Belleville, Mich.

Mr. Richards, 26, is a senior vice president and a director of the structured products group at Cantor Fitzgerald & Company, a New York investment bank. He graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. His father is a psychologist in private practice in New York. The bridegroom's mother is a vice president of investments at Smith Barney in New York.
