Ervin Hitter was born in Nagyvarad, Romania in 1935 to Smuel and Gizela nee Grosman. He was a child. Prior to WWII he lived in Nagyvarad, Romania. During the war he was in Nagyvarad, Romania. Ervin was murdered in 1944 in Birkenau, Camp at the age of 9.
