According to the Book of Genesis of the Bible and the Quran, Adam and Eve were the first man and woman created by God.

The Sumerian Mythology names Eve, Ninti and has an entire family tree of her ancestors. Ninti and this tree can be found here - http://www.geni.com/profile/index/6000000004826655630
Please do NOT merge these two trees as this will only create conflicts that can't be resolved. The descendants of Adam and Eve are pretty much the same, so are continued in this tree only.

Eve was the first woman, wife of Adam and the mother of Cain, Abel, and Seth. She is also the last reported of God’s earthly creative works. Her name occurs only five times in the Bible. In Genesis 3:20, it is connected etymologically with the verb meaning "to live": "And Adam called the name of his wife Eve [hawwah]: because she was the mother of all the living". The Septuagint rendering in this passage is Zoe (=life, or life-giver), which is a translation; in two other passages (Genesis 4:1 4:25) the name is transliterated Eua.
The Creator knew that it was not good for the man to continue by himself. However, before proceeding to create the woman, God brought various beasts of the earth and flying creatures to the man. Adam named these but found no helper among them. It was then that God had a deep sleep fall upon Adam, removed a rib from his side, and after having closed up the flesh, built the rib that he had taken from the man into a woman. No doubt knowing by direct revelation from God his Creator and Father how the woman came into existence, Adam was pleased to accept her as his wife, saying: “This is at last bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh,” even as was apparent to his very senses. As his complement Adam called his wife ’ish·shah′ (woman, or, literally, female man), “because from man this one was taken.” (Genesis 2:18-23) Thereupon God pronounced his blessing upon both of them: “Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth and subdue it.” (Genesis 1:28)

Genesis 2:
- God created a woman named Eve.
Genesis 3:
- A serpent tempted Eve to eat from the tree and she did. Adam did as well. Then God made them realize they were naked and feel embarrassed about it.
- God found out they ate from the tree. He told Eve He would intensify her labor pains, and that she would have desire for her husband, and her husband would have control over her. God told Adam he would painfully work all his life.
- Adam named Eve because she is the mother of all living.
- God made clothes for Adam and Eve.
- God stationed Cherubim to guard them.
Genesis 4:
- Adam and Eve bore a child name Cain. Then they bore a child named Abel. Cain became a farmer of the land and Abel became shepherd of a flock.
- After Cain killed Abel, Adam bore Seth in place of Abel.

Eve was made from the rib or flesh of Adam. She was made to be a suitable helper/companion to Adam.
The serpent deceived Eve and Eve disobeyed God. She took some of the forbidden fruit and gave some to her husband.
So God increased her pains in childbearing; with pain she gave birth to children. Her desire was for her husband and he ruled over her.
Became a bit like God, knowing good and evil. So was banished, along with Adam, from the Garden of Eden.
She had many sons and daughters.
