Feiga, Rabbi Nachman's sixth child was named after his mother, who had died some two years earlier.

For reasons unknown, Feiga was sent to Ladizin where she was cared for by a nurse. When she fell ill, the family turned to a gentile to try and cure her.

Feiga died the following summer.
