Son George (Doddy) was present at his fathers death.
Felix lived part of his life in Broadmead House, Send, Surrey. His wife Jane and his son Robin (killed flying) are buried in St Mary's church cemetery in Send. Here is a Google Maps pointer to Broadmead House: http://tinyurl.com/3v5njbp (you can get a street-view).
Felix wrote, translated and edited works, including papers of the House of Lords.
His sister-in-law, Mary Agnes (and her husband John Kemp) named one of their children "William Felix Skene Kemp" so he was apparently admired in that part of the family.
Felix and Jane named their first son "William Forbes" after Felix's uncle, the famous Scottish historian and author of the Memorials of the Family of Skene of Skene, with whom Felix had a good relationship. The correspondence between Felix and his uncle William Forbes is in the National Library of Scotland.
