Flora Campbell was born in August 1780. She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. James Campbell, 5th Earl of Loudoun and Flora Macleod. She married Francis Rawdon-Hastings, 1st Marquess of Hastings, son of John Rawdon, 1st Earl of Moira and Elizabeth Hastings, Baroness Hastings, on 12 July 1804. She died on 8 January 1840 at age 59.

    Flora Campbell gained the title of Countess of Loudon. Her married name became Rawdon-Hastings.
