Fred T. Stanton Funeral Rites Held
Funeral services were held last week at the Edgerly funeral home for Fred T. Stanton, 84, well-known resident of Strafford, who died Monday afternoon at the home of his son, William J. Stanton, 114 Charles Street.
Delegations from the Motolinia Lodge of Odd Fellows, in which Mr. Stanton held membership for many years, attended the service, which was conducted by Rev. Ray R. Kelley, pastor of the First Church, Congregational.
Burial was in the family lot in Rochester Cemetery, and the bearers, members of the Odd Fellows, were Eugene Fabian, Raymond Marble, George H. Lord, and William Wingate.
