Buck, George, Kingston, Order in Council 7th April 1807, employed in assisting and directing persons on secret service.

George emigrated from Germany and settled in Tryon Co, NY. During the revolution he assisted and directed people involved in spying for the British forces. He was unable to serve in the army because he had a clubfoot. After the war he moved with his family to Kingston, Ontario. He drew 3 lots on 4 July 1785: Lot 18. 4 Con. - Lot 5. 4 Con. - Lot 10. 4 Con. George was a United Empire Loyalist, Order in Council, 7 April 1807. It shows in records that he drew rations for his wife, himself, and a family, which consisted of 2 sons over the age of 10, 2 sons under 10, 4 daughters over 10, and 2 daughters under 10. George had Crown Deed for Lot 24 in 4 Con. Kingston Township.
