Nephew, via his mother Ioulia, of Costas Eleftheriades. His mother wrote Diaplasin ton Pedion under the pseudonym Poimenis Mirto. Born in Nicosia. Studied medicine at Athens University (1935-1942). Doctor. On return to Cyprus he practiced in Famagusta (1942-1974) and then moved to Paphos. Writer, poet. As a student in Athens, he published poems and articles in Greek magazines and newspapers. In Cyprus he contributed to the magazines, Kypriaka Gramata, Pnevmatiki Kypros and Nea Epohi. his poems havebeen translated into English.
