Mr George John Sage was born in 1892, the son of John George Sage and Annie Elizabeth Cazaly.

George worked as a barman. George had travelled with his father to Canada where they worked as dining car attendants for the Canadian Pacific Railway. It was during this period that they journeyed to Florida where they decided to settle. George became engaged to a local giurl and returned to England to prepare for his family's move.

He boarded the Titanic at Southampton as a third class passenger together with her parents and siblings: Stella, Douglas, Frederick, Dorothy, William, Constance, Ada and Thomas

The entire family died in the disaster. George's body, if recovered, was never identified.
