Note I
Edmyfed Vychan by his second wife, Gwellian, daughter of Rhys ap-Gruffydd had two sons; 1st., Grono, Lord of Terf Castell, the ancestor of Henry VII, and two daughters, a younger son who was Gruffydd of Henglawdd the ancestor of Bishop Lloyd, in the 13th generation.
Among the noted ancestors of Bishop Lloyd it is interesting to note Marsia, author of Marsian Code of Laws.
