Gerrit and his wife, Aechgen Arents (Aeffken Ariens), were two of the witnesses at the baptism of the first child of Ariaentgen Pleunis and Dirck Thoniz. van den Piet at the Nieuwe Kerk, Delft, 6th December 1620. He owned a grave in the choir of the Oude Kerk, which was presumably where he was buried.
