According to Wikipedia, the following names are listed for this individual in the following languages:

French: Gisela or Gisele
English: Gisela
Dutch: Gisela
Danish: Gisela
Hungarian: Gisela

From the English Wikipedia page on Gisela, daughter of Charlemagne:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gisela,_daughter_of_Charlemagne

Gisela (c. 781 – 808) was a daughter of Charlemagne from his marriage to Hildegard. Little is known of her life. She should not be confused with her aunt Gisela, after whom she was possibly named.

From the French Wikipedia page:
http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gis%C3%A8le_(fille_de_Charlemagne)

Gisela ou Gisèle (vers 781 – 808) était une fille de Charlemagne et de son épouse Hildegarde. On lui donna le nom de sa tante, soeur de Charlemagne, et abbesse de Chelles, avec laquelle il ne faut pas la confondre.

Translated: Gisela or Gisele (c. 781-808) was a daughter of Charlemagne and Hildegarde. Charlemagne gave her the same name as her aunt Gisela, his sister and Abbess of Chelles. The two of them should not be confused.

(Note, on her father's page in French, her year of death is listed as c. 814).

It should be noted that none of these show her to be a nun, but rather named after a nun, her aunt (Charlemagne's sister).

Lastly, from the Foundation for Medieval Genealogy:
http://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/CAROLINGIANS.htm

8. GISELA (781 before May-after 800, maybe after 814).

"Hruodrudem et Bertham et Gislam" are named daughters of King Charles & Hildegard by Einhard[135]. Angilbert's poem Ad Pippinum Italiæ regum names (in order) "Chrodthrudis…Berta…Gisla et Theodrada" as daughters of King Charles[136]. Theodulf's poem Ad Carolum Rege changes the order slightly when he names "Berta…Chrodtrudh …Gisla…Rothaidh…Hiltrudh, Tetdrada" as daughters of the king[137].

The Annales Laurissenses record that "filia eius [Karoli regis] domna Gisla" was baptised by "archiepiscopo…Thoma" in 781[138]. She was baptised in Milan in [May] 781[139].
