About Giuseppe Mangiarotti
Engaged in various sports - Mountain Climbing, gymnastics, tennis and boating. After meeting Sicilian master fencer E. Lancia di Brolo came to Fencing aged 24.
Partook in 1908 Olympics finishing 4th in the team tournament.
In 1909 he founded the Hall Mangiarotti in Milan, which quickly became one of the most renowned centers of fencing activity.
