She married, secondly, Edward Richard Assheton Penn Curzon, 6th Earl Howe, son of Francis Richard Henry Penn Curzon, 5th Earl Howe and Mary Curzon, on 30 April 1946.
She died on 24 December 1985.
She was the daughter of Stephan Frederick Wakeling.
From before 1946, her married name became Barker.
From 30 April 1946, her married name became Curzon. She was invested as a Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.).
As a result of her marriage, Grace Lilian Barker Wakeling was styled as Countess Howe on 1 September 1964.
