About "Saffiya" bint Hayyuq ibn Achitub al-Nadir (al-Qurayzah)

Safiyyah bint Huyay bin Akhtab father was the Chief of the Jewish Tribe of Bani An-Nadhir. She was a direct descendant of Prophet Harun, the son of Imran and brother of Musa. Therefore she was the daughter of a Prophet and the wife of a Prophet. From a Jewish perspective, she was the daughter of a Kohain.

She was renamed Safiyya bint Hayy by Prophet Muhammad (saw) and taken as his 3rd Jewish Wife.

Safiyya bint Huyayy (Arabic: صفية بنت حيي‎) was a Jewish woman, Princess of the Banu Qurayza, captured from the Banu Nadir tribe at age 17, who became Muhammad's wife. She was, along with all other wives of Muhammad, titled Umm-ul-Mo'mineen or the "Mother of Believers".

After Muhammad's death, she became involved in the power politics of the early Muslim community, and acquired substantial influence by the time of her death.
