Harriet J. Braman, dau. of Francis Braman, was b. c1835 in Mass.; married on Mar. 28,1855, with RANCEL (Ransel) Z. JOHNSON, son of Perry Johnson and Catharine Underwood. He was b. Aug. 14,1827 at Barre and d. there Jan.10,1908, They resided in Barre, Mass.

Children were: Cora M. (1853), Francis Perry (3/19/1857), Myrtle E.(1868) and Clarence A.(1875)

• 1880 census: Harriet J.,aged 45, in Barre w family.
• 1920 census: Harriet Johnson (but NOT Ransel) resides at res. of dau. Myrtle and husband Augustus Seagrave. She is aged 74.(I do not have orig., and perhaps the census taker did not ask; I calculate her age at 85.)
