Guillaume de Jumièges records that "Roger comte de Warwick" and his wife had a son named Henri "plusieurs autres fils et deux filles"[1231]. However, Robert of Torigny names "Henricus filius suus" as son and successor of "Rogero comite Warwicensi" & his wife[1232], clearly confusing him with William. Assuming that the two sources are based on common information, it is likely that Henry did not exist.]
