About Hon. Eleanor Agnes Eden
Hon. Eleanor Agnes Eden was born on 9 July 1777.3 She was the daughter of William Eden, 1st Baron Auckland and Eleanor Elliot.1 She married Robert Hobart, 4th Earl of Buckinghamshire, son of George Hobart, 3rd Earl of Buckinghamshire and Albinia Bertie, on 1 June 1799 at Lambeth Palace, Lambeth, London, England.3 She died on 15 October 1851 at age 74 at Eastcombe, England, without issue.3 Her will was probated in November 1851.3
As a result of her marriage, Hon. Eleanor Agnes Eden was styled as Countess of Buckinghamshire on 1 June 1799. From 1 June 1799, her married name became Hobart.
