He graduated with an A. B. from Colby College in 1896.He received the degree of M.C. in 1900 from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of NY. He began his own active practice in NY on 231 West 96th St.He was affiliated with the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity andis now a member of the NY State Medical Asso. and American Medical Asso, He is the medical officer of the National Guard of NY and assistant surgeon of the 12th Regiment with the grade of Captain. He is a member of the Army and Navy Club of NY. He keeps in close touch with the affairs of his native city and state and has gained an early political experience with the fortunes of the Republican party in NY.
