Immigrated to US via Ellis Island from Libau on the SS Kursk on Mar. 19, 1912 with louis lieb his son.
According to Sophie Chanin, daughter-in-law of Mones Chanin, Itche was a bad person. He came over from Europe and stayed with Mones and Sarah Yenta Chanin, for 12 years. He didn't work and left his wife and kids in Europe. Eventually Sarah Yenta threw his stuff out the window and he moved away.
Listed as living with Mones and Sarah in 1920 census as "Isidore Choninks".
Seems that wife Bluma moved from Belarus to Israel in 1925 and died in 1926.
