Isolina Puno Palma-Calma is the oldest daughter of Don Gregorio Palma and Genoveva Puno who later married Dr. Valeriano Calma. Brother of Felicito Puno-Palma, Isolina was in Concepcion Tarlac; the “Young Merry People of Concepcion” also known as “Ding Masibucan Grand Ball” was founded in 1925 with both Don Benigno Aquino and Isolina Palma. Isolina was a winner of Miss Tarlac during the Manila Carnival Beauties contest of 1926. Isolina Puno-Palma Calma was also a savvy land owner just like her father Don Gregorio Plama.
