The entry includes 2 people - looks most likely like 2 men.

The first is:
First name: Alder (or Alter)
Patronymic: L'vovich - meaning: son of Lev (Russian for Leo or Leon - very common Jewish name - often from Arye, Judah, or Leyb)

The second is:
First name: Yakov (Russian for Jacob)
Patronymic: also L'vovich (son of Lev)

* Note: if I had to guess, these would most likely be 2 brothers

Both have the same address:
Street: Sadovaya (Garden)
Number: 47
And the same telephone number: 52716

NOTE: Al'der is short for Aleksander
