March 22, 1928 - April 9, 2010 James W. Osiier, 82, of Belton, MO, passed away April 9, 2010. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Muehlebach Funeral Home, 6800 Troost Ave., Kansas City, MO, followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. James was born March 22, 1928, in Kansas City, MO, to William and Evelyn (Pitman) Osiier. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines and was also a member of St. Sabina Church. James was an avid outdoorsman, a great cook and enjoyed gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Kathy Osiier and sister, Margaret Wood. James is survived by his four sons, Jimmy, Phillip, Michael and Mark Osiier and his wife Debby; ten grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
