later they had charge of the American School of ARchaeology and made their homn in Jerusalem, Palestine until 1910, when they returned to America;

Mr Smith died at Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, Sept 11, 1917;

Mrs Smith is, 1933, a resident of Los Angeles

One son, died in infancy.
