Joan Lovel is the daughter of Richard Lovel and Muriel Douglas.[1]
She married John de Moels, 4th Baron Moels, son of Nicholas de Moels, 2nd Baron Moels and Margaret de Courtenay.[1] Her married name became de Moels.[1]
