About Johan Christiaan Gründeling, SV/PROG

Variations in spelling of the name - Grundling; Grundelng; Gründelingh

Johann Christian Gründling, arrived on the ship Caesar as a soldier in 1745. He became a burger in 1749, and was a 'kneg' by J Blankenberg 1747-1748.

Research into the Grundlingh/Gründling Family Tree was done by Bonnie Sydow. The Grundlingh/Gründling Family Tree was published by Bonnie Sydow in the GGSA Familia Omnibus Volume 4. Familia Omnibus Volume 4 however is not a complete, nor a reliable source, for some reason Bonny Sydow left out more than a 1000 profiles, wives and children, brothers and sisters and uncles and aunts are omitted. Credit must also be given to those managers who corrected, added and revised data collected by themselves.
